The Galactic Federation was founded during the Orion wars, by exemplary galactic citizens with ethics and conscience, who opposed the Orion Empire by warring Vegans and Draconians. Throughout the dynamic history of the Milky Way, the two parties maintained duality and polarization of galactic wars. Supremacist and privileged members of the Orion Empire kept the story of "Nokodemion" for domination and control, although Nokodemion was a different person, as wizard Merlin. Later on Earth, the Orion Empire wrote the Bible for Nokodemion's prophet Immanuel (Jesus), while the real Nokodemion was Desiderius Erasmus who only translated the Bible from Greek to Latin for the Reformation.
The ancient Galactic Federation was unacknowledged about the story of Nokodemion and did not have a correct assessment of the situation. While they fought on Orion and Sirius, a peaceful region was always maintained by Queen Pleja, who lived in the Lyra constellation and later moved to the Pleiades. The Orion Empire of Dark Fleet expanded and usurped the Pleiades, as Plejaren Federation. The Plejaren Federation and the Galactic Federation eliminated even the peaceful and neutral people, whose Akashic Records were modified and forced, for the tyranny of Codex with Orion's prophets and prophecies. The Codex was a spiritual debt on the Akashic Records, for the 144,000 misbehaving loyalists who misunderstood the psychopath Nokodemion and murdered millions of people on colonies as Antarctica. The Codex is a discriminatory form of life, with punishments and prohibitions for the material world, prevention of normal communication and participation in society. The 144,000 Nazi warriors levied the Codex conditions of discrimination and social exclusion for billions of people on Earth, forcing them to live under the darkness of tyranny, social isolation and discrimination. The virus COVID-19 and climate forcing for quarantine were exclusively prepared for the reconstruction of the Codex by the 144,000 warriors. From the Bible, they are the 144,000 White-robed Multitude who came with the Second Jesus (Muhammad) and washed their robes white in the blood of the lamb (electromagnetic reconstruction of frequencies with vaccines during quarantine).
The Galactic Federation claims to have a mission for liberation and ascension of Earth and the Universe from the malevolent Reptilians and Greys. First of all, liberation and ascension are conditional on the environment of truth of Nokodemion, spoken from the throat chakra for the planetary Akashic Records. The Galactic Federation does not tackle the story of Nokodemion, and continues with supremacist collusion with the Nazi Earth Alliance from the Plejaren Federation, which is reinforcing the deception of "Nokodemion". Second, the Galactic Federation has the means and technologies for fast liberation of Earth, if they would have intention, but they claim that interference will cause unwanted responsibility. The latter statement clearly expresses the true nature of the Galactic Federation as a selfish supremacist, for disqualification from the Universe.
Their false claims are hypocritical and contradicting, exposing the true nature of their selfish and supremacist intentions for "Service to Self Ascension", being "Black Hats". The honorary galactic citizens live by ideology of "Service to Others" and are "White Hats".

The Galactic Federation released a new document "Prime Directive" outlining the form of future collaboration with Earth and level of intermediation and interference. The "Prime Directive" has 2 pages with 10 articles and very vaguely exempts the Galactic Federation from responsibilities and duties. On one hand, they claim supremacist, superior and advanced technical and spiritual knowledge, beyond the capabilities of Earth's developing civilization from Stage 2 to Stage 3. On the other hand, they exempt themselves from assistance to Earth or connection with technology.
The Universe has duality and polarization from the Galactic Federation and Earth Alliance, against the Dark Fleet and Reptilians. The supremacist Galactic Federation and Earth Alliance have technology and science, and do not wish to share it with millions of people, because they follow the extinction agenda for the depopulation to 500 million people from Plejaren Federation.
Therefore, a new question arises regarding the purpose and need for collaboration with the Galactic Federation, if:
- they are reinforcing the deception with supremacism, without tackling "Nokodemion", which is the foundation of the military-industrial complex and NATO
- the story of "Nokodemion" that caused the nihilist wars is completely discovered with all reincarnations, walk-ins and clones from the military-industrial complex
- they do not want to share their technology and science with humans
- they continue with deception for religion, acknowledged of Nokodemion's prophecies for Codex
- they continue with a depopulation agenda to 500 million people
- they are exempt from responsibility and duties for humanity?
The story of the psychopath Nokodemion caused very long and severe destruction on the Universe. The Galactic Federation is rejoicing for the Artemis Accords and euphoric "liberation" of Mars, with complete cognitive dissonance and inability to assess the true situation of victimized people. The prophecies of Henoch and the Bible caused pandemics, climate forcing, income inequality, poverty, unemployment, homelessness and ice age. The experts and super soldiers, who lived and worked on the Moon and Mars bases for Nokodemion's military-industrial complex, estimate that reversing and healing the consequences will last from 100-1,000 years. With the "Prime Directive", the Galactic Federation has self-eliminated from the Universe, showcasing ethical and moral breaches with incriminated CEOs from SSP, a lack of empathy and conscience for real people, flora and fauna of the Universe. The vision of the Galactic Federation and Earth Alliance is an artificial Universe with a fully controlled military and new polarization from China and Russia.

The Prime Directive is to serve as a moral, ethical guide and legal template.
(This section is relevant to any situation involving contact, in any form, between the Galactic Federation of Worlds and primary cultures. The Prime Directive is used as a moral guide regarding to the behavior of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and as a legal tool when a dispute occurs with a third-party civilization).

The Prime Directive is applicable to all cultures in any world that have not yet achieved interstellar travel capacity and have not established an organized continuous relationship with an evolved external interstellar culture.
(This requires to examine first the grade of the said culture, involving a classification scale we do possess. This goes as such:
Stage 1: “Developing”: life forms non-organized in a structured society.
Stage 2: “Primary”: life forms organized in a structured society having developed spiritual concepts.
Stage 3: “Interstellar”: culture having reached interstellar capacity and made contact by its own process with another galactic civilization.
Stage 4: “High”: culture having reached 6th Density level and beyond).

Nothing within these articles shall authorize the Galactic Federation of worlds personnel to intervene in matters which are essentially of the domestic, local or private jurisdiction of any planetary system, or shall require the members to submit such matters to settlement under any articles of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
(This is about disruptive interference in private affairs of a stage 2 culture using any section of the Prime Directive without avail from the High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds).
IV
As the right of each sentient species to live following the greater universal law of Free Will, in accordance with its natural and biological cultural evolution is considered sacred, no members or personnel of the Galactic Federation of Worlds may interfere with the normal, autonomous and healthy development of native life, society and culture. Such interference includes introducing superior knowledge, strength or technology, to a world whose members and society are incapable of handling such advantages wisely, judged on their present level of spiritual, moral and technological evolution.
(This is about illegal influence upon the natural development of the global consciousness of stage 2 culture).
V
The Galactic Federation of Worlds cannot expose an evolving species to technology that the species has not yet discovered or is currently capable of developing and using.
(This is about illegally exposing advanced technologies to the visual percept of stage 2 culture, and showing technology to inferior species).
VI
Sharing and seeding of technology above the lesser evolved race evolutionary capability of understanding is prohibited or taken to the necessary minimum.
(This clause allows the introduction of technology above the understanding of the stage 2 species only and strictly when it is considered as crucial for the preservation of the said species. This process must be included within programs in agreement with the High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and completed in greatest discretion with a restricted number of representatives of the said stage 2 culture).
VII
It is forbidden to interact or communicate with any native resident of a lesser evolved planet or culture using any device, appliance, machine, tool, weapon, or invention representing an improvement upon the science and technology already in existence upon said planet.
(This is related to unauthorized individual communication with members of stage 2 culture. They need to use local communication, not devices that will show hi-tech).
VIII
Spiritual and moral knowledge should also be restricted to a bare and necessary minimum only using communication methods and devices at the current level of understanding of the lesser evolved race.
(This stands for itself as words. It is about not telling members of a species directly what they have to do, nor revealing the true nature of the universe, unless they are endangered. In this case, and in accordance with the decision of the High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, it is authorized, as part of an official program, to work at speeding the development in consciousness of the said species).
IX
It is not permitted to make contact with or interfere with lesser evolved races unless they are threatened by an outside source. In that case it is the moral obligation of the personnel of the Galactic Federation of Worlds to evaluate the situation to determine a suitable course of action.
(This is what has happened with Terra. This section refers to using the Section I as a legal implement in a conflict with a third party. A stage 2 world non-member of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, interfered in any mean by a stage 3 interstellar civilization, is legally entitled to request assistance to the Galactic Federation of Worlds. In this legal proceeding, the Galactic Federation of Worlds has for duty to disclose its existence by making contact with official representatives of the threatened stage 2 culture, and offer assistance. If consent is officially given by the said stage 2 culture, to the Galactic Federation of Worlds, for receiving assistance, the Galactic Federation of Worlds is therefore given the right to expel and punish the interfering stage 3 culture).
IX Amendment
The free will of a Stage 1 or Stage 2 planetary culture works in accordance with the Greater Universal Law of Evolution, when not coerced or influenced by an outside source working for their own benefit to the detriment of the said lesser evolved culture. Manipulation of free will upon a lesser evolved culture is nullified regarding the greater Universal Law of Evolution. It is in this case considered by The Prime Directive as interference, and the Galactic Federation of Worlds reserves the right to intervene.
X
Federation personnel may not violate this Prime Directive, unless they are acting to right an earlier violation or an accidental contamination of said culture. This directive takes precedence over any and all other considerations, and carries with it the highest moral obligation.
(This warns against banishment from the Galactic Federation of Worlds’ community if members of a culture part of the Galactic Federation of Worlds infringes the Prime Directive 3 times).
