What advice I can give, I may give within the perception and safety of my own responsibility, and that relates to this: every human being on Earth, of whatever age and sex, who has or has not been inoculated against the Corona virus, who is clear in his senses, capable of logic, of reason, of rationality, as well as of the full perception of responsibility, shall protect himself against the Corona plague according to his own ability and capacity.
